Engagement session with a dog! | Erin + Dave (and Shandy the dog)

We started Erin + Dave’s engagement session with their adorable dog, Shandy (seriously the cutest… just you wait).

If you have a pet, I always think it’s a good idea to bring them along for your engagement session for at least part of it; they are family after all. We try and arrange it so you start with your dog and then we head to another location with just the two of you. As much as we love our pets, it can be a little stressful trying to get them to cooperate for photos the entire time, so I make sure and get all of your photos with your pet first, just like we did with Miss Shandy, so that you can relax and enjoy the rest of your session without your furry family member.

Next stop, was Dave’s favorite spot: Founders. But, lets be honest, who doesn’t love Founders? Dave and Erin have spent a lot of time during their relationship at Founders so it was only fitting to incorporate it into their session.

Leaving Erin + Dave’s session, I felt like I had a couple of new friends.  Now I am just over here counting down the days until their Fall wedding coming up this year!
