Michigan Fall Wedding | Chelsea + James

Chelsea and James had the most beautiful (and warm) Fall day for a wedding in Michigan. They had their wedding at Chelsea’s aunts house and they had the most beautiful backdrop for their ceremony that was officiated by James’ Aunt. One thing that I had never seen before that Chelsea and James decided to do to include all of their guests was a ring ribbon ceremony where they tied their wedding bands to a ribbon and their guests were able to pass it around to give them well wishes. It was a great way to make everyone apart of the ceremony! During the ceremony they also had James’ dad do a reading and Chelsea’s maid of honor sing a beautiful song while they did their sand ceremony. It is super obvious that Chelsea and James have a special place in their hearts for everyone that attended their wedding. Another one of my favorite things of the day was the locket that James got Chelsea with a picture of Chelsea’s friend who had passed away that was attached to Chelsea’s flowers; so thoughtful! Oh, and I can’t forget about the song that Chelsea recorded of herself singing that she surprised James with for their first dance. Everything about the day was filled with meaning and it was beautiful to document. After the ceremony they had awesome BBQ and the party started with tons of dancing and karaoke! Chelsea and her bridesmaids started off the karaoke by singing a song together! It was awesome. Everything about the day was filled with meaning and it was beautiful to document.
